Hidden Gem In Boston: Farm Pond Park 🌿🐢

🐠 What Is The Farm Pond Park?
Farm Pond Park is a gorgeous 151-acre park in Framingham, just a 30-minute drive from Boston. It’s built around a big pond with a path that literally lets you walk through the water. A great spot for grabbing that perfect selfie or just picnicking by ducks and turtles. The park also has kayaks, a skateboard park, playgrounds, bocce courts, fishing spots, and hiking/walking trails, so there’s something for everyone.
🍀 What Makes the Farm Pond Park A Hidden Gem?
The walk-through path is the star of the show. The walkthrough path (often called the “walk‑through” or berm trail) is approximately 0.8 miles (about 1.3 km) long, forming a loop that lets you stroll right through the middle of the pond. It takes around 20 minutes to walk the full circuit at a relaxed pace. This berm trail feels like you’re floating across the pond with wildlife all around!
📍 The Farm Pond Park Is Worth A Visit
