Looking for an unforgettable, budget-friendly night out? The Do Portugal Circus, now in East Boston through December 1st, is a high-energy, family-friendly show you won’t want to miss.

🎪 Expect the Unexpected - The Do Portugal Circus has it all: aerialists soaring through the air, impressive juggling feats, and the thrilling Globe of Death, where motorcyclists zoom inside a giant spinning sphere. Whether you're in Boston for Thanksgiving or hosting family and friends, this is the perfect way to enjoy a fun night out.

💰 Affordable Fun - Ticket prices are unbeatable—$20 for kids and $30 for adults—making it a more affordable alternative to most theater shows or concerts. Food is also reasonably priced, with snacks starting at just $3 (hello, $5 hot dogs and snow cones!). This is a fantastic way to enjoy a night of entertainment without breaking the bank.

🌧 Warm Up Inside - As the temperature drops this weekend, the circus offers the perfect indoor escape. Set inside a heated tent, it’s a cozy option for anyone looking to stay warm while enjoying the action-packed show.

🚇 Taking the T - Take the Blue Line to Orient Heights and grab a 5-min Uber, or walk 15-mins!

Don’t miss out—grab your tickets and experience the magic of the circus before it’s gone!

HIDDEN GEM

🌻 Explore Glass Flowers at the Harvard Museum of Natural History

Glass flowers exhibit with 4000 pieces at the Harvard Museum of Natural History.

The Glass Flowers exhibit at the Harvard Museum of Natural History is a true hidden gem in Boston.

🌷 What Is It? - Created by father-and-son duo Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka between 1887 and 1936, these stunningly detailed glass models of plants are a rare fusion of art and science. The exhibit features over 4,000 glass flower pieces, all crafted with incredible precision. Originally made as teaching tools for Harvard’s botany department, the collection has since become one of the museum’s most iconic attractions.

🖼️ Other Exhibits - While you’re at the museum, don’t miss the other fascinating exhibits, like the Hall of Fossils, which showcases dinosaur skeletons and ancient sea creatures, or the Minerals Gallery, home to a dazzling collection of gemstones and minerals. You can also explore exhibits on evolutionary biology and biodiversity, offering a deeper look into the natural world.

✨ Budget-friendly - Admission to the Harvard Museum of Natural History is $15 for adults and $10 for Non-Harvard college students. It's also free to Massachusetts residents every Sunday morning from 9am to 12pm and on Wednesdays from 3pm to 5pm.

Whether you're an art enthusiast or a nature lover, the Glass Flowers and other exhibits are worth the visit! It’s a perfect place to spend an afternoon if you’re into science, art, or just curious about the wonders of nature.
